YSJ is part of the Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick (TIANB) "Superhost Program." On-site personnel are trained to provide a friendly, helpful experience. Taxi drivers, restaurant and all airport personnel aim to make the airport experience as easy and comfortable as possible.

Saint John is known for its warm personality and unparalleled hospitality! YSJ Volunteers greet arrivals, offer directions and provide information about services available at the airport and in the community.
